INV-16 Shelldy Appears to be a turtle however it is completley robotic.
INV-16 Shelldy Is also water proof, though it can be damaged by water if her maintanince hatch is open.
she also posseses the ability to "Charm" People, This Causes them to become calm, and mellow.
Interestingly, it can comletley heal Mental Illnes, Such As Depression, Which is useful for helping Staff effected by other INV'S/Artifact's.
Ethbot has recently took INV16 Shelldy, due to the adorableness. He often rides her around the Class F cells, which makes them ready to be tested on.
